Annette Elliss

Annette Elliss had the role of Treasurer from 2004 until 2015. In that time she set up computerised financial records so that it is easy to dissect income and expenses for each concert and give a smooth changeover to her successors.

As the Orchestra has grown and been able to employ an Orchestra Manager she has set up payroll systems and still gives valuable assistance with that and Incorporation governance such as GST calculations, preparation of books for auditing and general financial advice.

Her business, Sturt Business Centre is still our point of contact with a telephone number and Registered Business Address. She makes a substantial donation of her time and staff time each year, which represents a substantial saving to NQE/BRO.

Annette was made an honorary Life member at the 2020 AGM.
