Tanya Christensen

A graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, Tanya Christensen attained a Bachelor of Music, majoring in singing.

As a professional singer, Tanya has performed nationally and internationally with major musical theatre and opera companies, including Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group, Opera Australia, Victoria State Opera and the Stella Musical Theatre Company.

Her stage credits include performances in the productions of CATS, Les Miserables, My Fair Lady, Aida, Don Giovanni and the Puccini Spectacular- to name a few.

Tanya has been a lead singer for P&O cruises, the NSW Police Band and is currently a serving member of the Australian Army Band.

Tanya is also an experienced teacher and has taught singing at primary school, high school and university, as well as conducting choirs for both adults and children.
