2020 Season Launch

Welcome to 2020 as the Barrier Reef Orchestra celebrates 20 years!

The 2020 Season Launch was held at the Pier Restaurant on Sunday 23^rd February, with distinguished guests Mayor Jenny Hill, Chris Cocklin from James Cook University, and Executive Director of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, Gavin Findlay.

Guest speaker and BRO Life Member Carol Dall’Osto spoke of the early days of the orchestra.

A number of musical interludes were performed by members of the orchestra.
